      Thank you, Anonymous Monk, for being so patient with me during my time of confusion.

      Upon closer inspection, I see now that other reviewers were not using HTML, but instead were including URL’s in the body of their reviews, which the cpanratings.perl.org website was changing into hyperlinks.
