This is just a demi-hidden translation (y///) operation, using a '~' as separator. It gets the string on $_ and do `$_ =~ y/b-v/a-z/s; print;` on it. Simple and beautiful. -- monsieur_champs	[reply] [d/l]

Its pretty clear now, and I guess it was a simple JAPH that I should have been able to decrypt, except for the "y" instead of the "tr" function. Is this documented somewhere (Camel book etc)? Thanks again...	[reply]

A little comment for perl beginner as like me, undestand better this expression. y/// is Search/Replace operator and the option 's' ignore the dublicated caracteres, 'ddddooo' will be just 'do'. To finalizy, this script are replacing 'b' to 'a', 'c' to 'b' ... 'k' to 'j'... Easy as like that ;) Solli Moreira Honorio Sao Paulo - Brazil	[reply]
