madtoperl, I have a news flash for you and jesuashok:

We, PerlMonks, are not degrading either of you. You two are doing that to yourselves, by posting work that is not your own, claiming credit for that work, and then lying about it when you are caught red-handed.

Furthermore, the attitudes you display when presented with the evidence of your wrongdoing

help If you can, otherwise shut.

are also degrading, but again, it is something you are doing to yourselves.

Don't want to be degraded? Act responsibly. Don't lie, cheat, or steal. Then you won't need to reply indignantly to any posts calling you liars, cheats, and thieves.

Oh, and if you somehow mean by "don't degrade" that we shouldn't downvote you when your bad behaviour is uncovered, well good luck with that.
