o   The Gconvert macro ($Config{d_Gconvert}) used by perl
           for stringifying floating-point numbers is now more
           picky about using sprintf %.*g rules for the conver-
           sion.  Some platforms that used to use gcvt may now
           resort to the slower sprintf.
