  rationale:

   The root namespace and chapter choice are based on existing CPAN
   modules such as Net::eBay, Net::Akismet, etc.

   The module itself is unique to CPAN. Around December 2006 CHOLLOWAY
   requested a PAUSE account intending to upload
   Business::IntelliContact (IntelliContact is now iContact), but the
   module does not exist on CPAN (yet?).
