ERRORS
      If fork() fails, errno is set to one of the following values.

           [EAGAIN]       The system-imposed limit on the total number of
                          processes under execution would be exceeded.

           [EAGAIN]       The system-imposed limit on the total number of
                          processes under execution by a single user would
                          be exceeded.
