You can set the I<DSQUERY> environement variable:

    $ENV{DSQUERY} = "ENGINEERING";
    $dbh = DBI->connect('dbi:Sybase:', $user, $passwd);

Or you can pass the server name in the first argument to connect():

    $dbh = DBI->connect("dbi:Sybase:server=ENGINEERING", $user, $passwd);
