I have tried to install perl Tk module in windows.

I went to the path C:/program files/Perl express/scripts
in cmd(windows) and typed cpan Tk

I have got an error in the last step as 

Running make test
Can't test without successful make
Runnning make install 
Make has returned bad status, install seems impossible.

And finally Tk module has not been installed.

So, how to proceed? Is there any file i need to download ?
