Here is our local, out-dated (pre-5.6) version:

listen - register your socket as a server

listen SOCKET,QUEUESIZE

Does the same thing that the listen system call does. Returns TRUE if it succeeded, FALSE otherwise. See example in Sockets: Client/Server Communication.
