Very much interested about learning programming languages and using them to solve real intelligent problems. Started with C/C++, though C was somewhat okay, didn't like C++ at all. Then through Java, C# and Python, I ended up in Ruby, and for a brief period of time, found my dream language (well, I tried Haskell too!). But, then came Perl (yeah, I know things are happening in reverse order with me!) and instantly I loved it. Compared to Ruby, Perl isn't that much of a so called advanced language, true, but the sheer ease with which I can do stuffs, is brilliant, and now that I'm reading the Camel book, and waiting for Perl 6 to appear in real time, its a great experience to work in Perl!!
