How to colelct information from any map

Anonymous Monk has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hi Monks, I've a difficulty in scrapping data from maps like https://maps.google.co.in/maps?oe=utf-8&client=firefox-a&ie=UTF-8&q=colleges+near+boston&fb=1&gl=in&hq=colleges&hnear=0x89e3652d0d3d311b:0x787cbf240162e8a0,Boston,+MA,+USA&ei=o2CkUNfKN4bMrQfY0IHoBw&ved=0COkBELYD I want to collect all the details which we get by clicking on ay of the points from the map. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

1) google says you're not supposed to scrape their site like that 2) google says it provides a "maps api" for you to use, you should read about it	[reply]
