It would help if you could provide a sample of the input "text table" and a sample of the output "xml table". Otherwise it is impossible to usefully answer your question. Unless you're talking about the DB2 XMLTABLE funciton you're going to have to be specific. I've already asked you to read and understand How do I post a question effectively?. You need to post example input, desired output and any attempts you've made at coding a solution. Pay special attention to the post formating advice in the link provided.	[reply]
