this idea reminded me of alignment in Nethack (not to belittle adherents of either philosophical/religious school in question). for my own part, i'd like to be able to choose a Chaotic alignment (on PerlMonks and elsewhere). time to find a black altar and a white unicorn to sacrifice upon it...
