    During installation of LibXML.pm, i am getting that error,

    i followed the instruction given in http://cpansearch.perl.org/src/SHLOMIF/XML-LibXML-2.0012/README

    later even when i tried to install LibXML.pm by below direct links, getting the same error 

    ppm repo add http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/

    [download]

    Then it's just a matter of (where prompted, accept the defaults): 

    ppm install http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/XML-LibXML.ppd
