Ruby is an ill-designed language with annoying syntax, artificial restrictions and insanely named builtins and libraries. Luckily the hype has faded away already.

It's my own opinion. I had been forced to work with Ruby a few years ago. Jenda Enoch was right! Enjoy the last years of Rome.	[reply]
