Take a look at Net::FTP. It is my stock in trade and I use it all the time. Works great, lasts a long time. Actually I prefer Net::SCP::Expect since I normally eschew clear text protocols. Peter L. "does not quite work" isn't an error report. You're going to have to say what fails to work. Show some code and the error it generates. See How do I post a question effectively? and PerlMonks for the Absolute Beginner. The more difficult you make it for people to help, the less help you're likely to receive.	[reply]
