Re^8: win32::printer 5.16 will not install

I guess Win32::Printer is not GCC compatible, MS C only. Instead of Mingw, try MS's free Platform SDK package that includes cl.exe and link.exe (the MS C compiler progs).

So I opted for the first of these (comment out)
