Thx, but what can we do if the name contains a leading space or trailing space and I want to delete those spaces?

Sorry this is no coding service and these are very basic questions. Please show us some effort to learn coding by yourself and ask then if you have problems. Its in the perlfaq or goggle for "trimming whitespace perl".
