Sybase stored procedures debugging

sunils_perl has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

I want a sybase stored procedures debugger written in perl which is easy to use like aqua data studio's stored procedures debugger. Is that possible to do in perl ? i thought this could be done in C/C++....how is it possible with perl ?
