From what I can tell LWP::Protocol::AnyEvent::http does not "fix" the request, just the response: https://metacpan.org/diff/release/IKEGAMI/LWP-Protocol-AnyEvent-http-v1.0.5/IKEGAMI/LWP-Protocol-AnyEvent-http-v1.0.6#inc/Test/HTTP/log-server
