OK, I see. I asure you I wasn't trying to be funny. I have almost no experience using Perl on Windows and found the need to create an exe that would run without having to have Perl installed. I am new to Active Perl, Thx and PAR. I figured I was probably just entering the command wrong or something. I've been real busy at my real job and haven't had a lot of time to mess with the Windows stuff.I figured I'd try the things you mentioned that I could figure out how to do and check if anything made sense to you. It appears I am going to have to spend some time getting to know getting familiar with PAR. thanks
