in reply to How to install Mozrepl on a fresh installed OpenSuse 12.3

You have asked this question many times, here and elsewhere. Contrary to your claim you have installed this module previously, you even ask for help with scripts which use this module. The module is well documented, with lots of installation notes and guidelines the prerequisite components.

My suggestion is that you revisit the documentation and your previous posts on this subject. If you have a problem installing a module you need to tell us what has failed. If you don't you're wasting your time, and more importantly asking other people to waste their time. Once again I'll provide a link so How do I post a question effectively?, that you'll likely ignore, again.

    hi there Marto

thx again for your answer. Well - yes i have managed to install it once.

note: i guess that i messed up my system here. So - if you pont out that i have asked this question at different places.thats true!

well - i guess that there were different ways and attitudes to do a installation of perl-based things.

some perl-experts do all kind of perl-related installations via Terminal and fetch all the needed stuff via CPAN.

but in the OpenSuse-world you have a lot of people that force me to avoid any installation that is __not__ being done via YAST and the repositories.

so there is some kind of confusion in the question of __doing_the_right_thing_ in the right_way.

i will try to do my best.

sorry i did not want to waste your time...

if i manage to get the scrit (s) and all the preliminaryp-things up and running i will come back and report. And yes: then i will discuss with you other things... more perl-related things ...

in the meantime - have a great time.
