If you grep for "No dice" you'll find http://cpansearch.perl.org/src/AMBS/Lingua-EN-NamedEntity-1.9/data/mkdb.pl which tries to download ftp://ftp.ox.ac.uk/pub/wordlists/dictionaries/words-english.gz and dies with "No dice" if it fails
