i already showed what the error i faced please check this question itself and please tell me what the error asking because i don't understand that error.

Then how come the error message hasn't changed, how come you get Can't locate Devel/Dwarn.pm in @INC

You can always cpanp -i --skiptest --force MSWord::ToHTML if you're feeling brave
