Well , I am noone special. Let us consider you are searching the word "have" in that text which thundergnat has inserted in the scrolled text widget. For "prev" button, if you keep on clicking on the "prev" button continuously with changing the cursor to any other part of the application, it goes on to highlight the "have" text in backward direction as programmed. But for "next", continuous clicking does not go on to highlight the text "have" in forward direction. If you change your mouse cursor and click on the scrolled text area, and then again click on the "next" button then it works. Otherwise not. Thanks.	[reply]

Well , I am noone special. .... Sure you are :) took you until Re^8 to go past "doesn't work" -exportselection might work on non-win32, on win32 you'd need to bind to `<<Selection>>`, i've posted an example before	[reply] [d/l]
