      I'll assume local/lib... isn't your vendor perl

      So the way to resolve this issue is to rm -rf /usr/local/lib/perl5 and recompile/reinstall perl anew

      OTOH, you might want to dump your perl -V maybe you have something weird in there (unlikely)
