Thanks, I saw some references to it on other mail lists, however nothing and no one with a solution. Now I'm going to take a shot in the dark here and assume you are the Tye that wrote this module...nothing like getting it from the source. BTW, it worked fine :) Thanks Rex "Nothing is sure but death and taxes" I say combine the two and its death to all taxes!	[reply]
