in thread getting error while writing to a table

I have seen the other post an hour or so before seeing this one. I am just informing the monks on the existence of the cross post (also because it explains the error of the OP who seemed to mix up the two forums). It is now half past midnight in my time zone, I don't necessarily have time or energy right now to look for this other post, I am just giving an information that can be useful to others, anyone interested in knowing more about the cross post can look for it and will take about the same amount of time as me to find it. Besides, I think it is up to the OP to supply cross links to cross posts, I do not remember having signed any employement contract saying that I should do that. Or am I missing something? Sorry if I do.

Oh, and BTW, why are you signing as Anonymous Monk?

I think you overestimate the usefulness of an essentially "just search for it" response

For example  [google://Perl Gurus forum getting error while writing to a table] Perl Gurus forum getting error while writing to a table yields no relevant results

I don't imagine it would take more time/energy to find/post that link , than it took to respond twice to me :)

    Because that's me I am

For example Perl Gurus forum getting error while writing to a table Perl Gurus forum getting error while writing to a table yields no relevant results

Sure, you don't expect Google to report on a post created a few hours ago, do you? But if you go to the Perl Guru main page, you'll find the post in less than a minute. No big deal

Well, seeing how google routinely does exactly this, especially for perl and programming websites, sure I do

Also, when I crafted Re^7: getting error while writing to a table with that google link it has been well over 20 hours :) and it's been over a day now

:) its also "no big deal" to provide a direct link
