i extracted the tar file contents , run the makefile.pl and run the dmake , dmake test ,dmake install	[reply]

In that case you'd have been warned about missing prerequsites, PAR for one. I suggest you install via cpan as advised here. Don't post again without actually reading and understanding the information given in response to your questions, including the links provided.
