Well, today I decided I should finally write my first JAPH. I'm pretty proud of it... What do you all think?

#!/usr/bin/perl -w use strict; $a='74117115116326511011111610410111'. '4328010111410832729799107101114';for( (map{split//}(map{eval}(map{split/xx/} '2xx3x3xx2x2xx3x6xx2x2xx3x3xx2x4xx3x3' )))){$a=~s{(.{$_})}{};print(chr($1))};

Update: I adjusted a few things to make it prettier.

    To be honest, the whole chr and ord thing has been done to death. But I did like the way you grouped the 2- and 3-digit numbers. ++ for that.
