Binary heap implementation.

BrowserUk has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Does anyone have a (simple) binary heap implementation kicking around they are prepared to share?

Please note: I am not interested in Heap or Heap::Binary and will downvote any and all references to same.
