Obviously , Don't confound "production code" and "production quality code" (Re: What is "Production Code" ?) is very clear in the idea it expresses -- driving an automobile (code in production) doesn't assume/imply you're driving a honda/mercedes... and not a wreck with wooden frame/body/wheels, no tires, no no steering wheel
