Internet of Things module naming?

wumpus has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Oh PerlMonks, hear my plea!

The Internet of Things is popular these days, and my Tesla Model S is part of the Internet of things. Some cool frood reverse-engineered the API used by the iOS and Android apps distributed by Tesla. I have a working module that talks to it.

What should I name this module? There don't seem to be any Internet-of-Things mentions in the existing cpan, and hardware- and sensor-related stuff seems to be spread out all over the namespace. Device::Tesla ?

Have you read On The Naming of Modules? Have you posted to the module-authors mailing list? (If so, I must have missed it.) Have you searched for variations on "The Internet of Things"/"Web of Things"? I found the following that may interest you: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_of_Things Han Scharler's Scripting Things talk for the Pittsburgh Perl Workshop 2011 in which he abbreviated "The Internet of Things" as IOT.
