As MinGW is not really a Perl package but a compiler you might want to try to install it manually from http://www.mingw.org/

It is a Perl Module Distro, but non-PAUSE (author is "-"), according to ActiveState, http://ppm4.activestate.com/MSWin32-x86/5.14/1400/-/--/MINGW/.	[reply]

thank you.. playing with that link solves the problem for me.. after removing the repos and adding them again he was able to fetch all data..! wiked ;) $perlig =~ s/pec/cep/g if 'errors expected';	[reply]

thats not (really) the question :) the question is -why- ppm is not able to fetch the repo ^^ $perlig =~ s/pec/cep/g if 'errors expected';	[reply]
