what is the meaning of "%%" in perl
I couldnt get any clue on it
Here's the code
if( QLearn('LEARN') ) { $var->{SPEC} =~ s/%%/$var->{LEARN}{TEST}/ ; }
what is the meaning of the above statement badly in need of help
