Based on what you posted, it looks like you're using DWIM Perl. DWIM Perl already includes Padre -- i.e. if you install DWIM Perl, you have Padre "installed". After installing DWIM Perl, you can find the padre executable at C:\Dwimperl\perl\site\bin\padre.exe -- assuming that you installed to C:\Dwimperl.

I've had DWIM Perl installed on Windows 7 Home Pro 64-bit for over a year, so it definitely can be installed on Windows 7.

    And the OP appears to be trying to run it, and its not working

      I have this problem too, but a little bit different:can't call method "selectrow_arrayref" on a undefined value at C:/Dwimperl/perl/site/lit/ORLite/Migrate.pm line 96. aborted at DB.pm line 36;Padre.pm line 33. I don't know why. I cannot start it...

        Install padre from cpan, the padre included with dwimperl for windows is as old as dwim perl for windows
