He went way out of line. I got upset and flamed him. I don't think we need the world + dog jumping up and saying, "Me too!"
As for the insult you missed. It is hidden in this sentence about why the people who run the site might not want to implement his proposal:

In other words the accusation is that the people running this site are afraid that if we knew what they really did we would realize that they don't do much (Laziness), are unwilling to take the time to address our concerns (Impatience), and are rather arrogant about it all (Hubris).
