I installed it in C:\strawberry\perl\lib and soryy to ask what is xlcat.bat and where to use it and what it does.my input file is in c://User/Documents so i ran the command in this path. getting error as xlscat not recognised. I installed it in What do you mean, what commands did you use?
Did you read the output those commands produced?
They usually say "Installing some/file/over/here" and one of them should have been "xlscat.bat"
