Works for me with a text spreadsheet, 1 row, 22 cols:

D:\>perl xlscat.pl -S 1 -C 9-11,21 -c sample.xlsx >file1.csv

D:\>type file1.csv
9,10,11,21
[download]

Awww, got tricked, I thought `perl -S xslcat ....` cause his xslcat.bat wasn't in path :)	[reply] [d/l]
