in location /System/Library/perl i see 2 version, 5.10 and 5.12.	[reply]

I am assuming that your script does work when called from the terminal, but you get an error when you call it from the browser. If that is the case then try changing the first line of your script to: `#!/usr/bin/perl5.12.4` [download] Also, to see any errors, add these lines directly after the first line: `use CGI::Carp('fatalsToBrowser'); print "Content-type:text/html\n\n";` [download]	[reply] [d/l] [select]

I come across a blog http://probably.co.uk/problems-installing-dbdmysql-on-os-x-snow-leopard.html where it hoghlight the error as the library libmysqlclient.18.dylib not able to find the path and i copied the file libmysqlclient.18.dylib from /usr/local/mysql-5.6.14-osx10.7-x86_64/lib/ to /usr/lib and it just worked. Thanks everyone for the support and the suggestion.	[reply]
