From the sendmail man page:

NAME
       sendmail - an electronic mail transport agent
SYNOPSIS
       sendmail [flags] [address ...]
[download]

So, you just add extra addresses at the end of the command line when calling sendmail.

Although this has nothing to do with Perl, really.
