The overarching value proposition is to make links DWIM, untested, to the maximum extent possible. That means, in general, linking to the largest vocabulary available, at least by default. The only potential problem comes in when functions have conflicting semantics. In that case, the user should specify which vocabulary she intends, explicitly.	[reply]
