Scripts from the book should be somewhere on Dave's website.

Update: you can download scripts from the book from the publisher, Newriders. I tried to run several scripts and they seem to work as advertized. I can list domains, groups, machines, accounts, and more. To someone (me) who is not an admin, they look convincing. Rudif	[reply]
