Vmware:virtual machines CPU utilization

varalaxmibbnl has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

hi monks.. I'm working on vmware..I want to know which virtual machine is taking much CPU.. I used "esxtop" command to know which virtual machine is taking much cpu but i can't grep that data using perl...so is there any command which works on Perl to know which virtual machine takes much CPU...please help me out....thanks in advance..

The first page of a Google search for "perl vmware" not only returns the offical VMware API documentation, but example code to do exactly what you want. Have you ever considered doing any of your own work before posting here asking for other people to do it for you?	[reply]
