I see that there's a "Non-commercial Use" clause in the licensing.
I don't know if it's free for non-commercial use (but I suspect it *would* be free). And I don't know whether you qualify for such a license.
Those are things you might like to check with ActiveState.

Here's the actual clause to which I'm referring:

c.Non-commercial Use. If your License Key authorizes Non-commercial Us
+e, you may use the software in a teaching or learning environment onl
+y. You are not permitted to sell, lease, distribute, transfer, sublic
