    already tried the same... command doesnt exist on Windows 2000.
    C:\>fsutil 'fsutil' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

      balakrishnan:

      Microsoft indicates that it will run on Windows 2000 server, but you'll need to have administrator privileges to run it. So check your access and/or your path. If it's not on your computer, perhaps it's on a "power utilities" type of download from microsoft.
