"Politeness is best expressed as the practical application of good manners or etiquette. It is a culturally defined phenomenon, and therefore what is considered polite in one culture can sometimes be quite rude or simply eccentric in another cultural context."

    Please see Politeness.

There was no question in your post. You said you want to write something. Fine, you do not have to register all programs you intend to write with us. Go ahead. Write it.

Unless of course you meant to say "I want YOU to write ..." in which case ... this is not the way it works here. If you can't be bothered to do your job, possibly using advice obtained here, hire someone who will do it for you! A programmer maybe.
