You want to interact with a window sitting inactive in the background without activating it proper and bringing it into the foreground.

Just out of curiosity: Why? Why is bringing it into the foreground not a good idea?

I suspect becuse they've found out that they can't use Win32::GuiTest to send keystrokes to a window when the screen is locked, and they're trying to work around the problem by leaving the session unlocked but minimising the window, which also won't work.	[reply]
