I thought as much. But mixing cpan with rpm may be suboptimal. preachin' to the choir, man. If CentOS would update it themselves, then prob solved. until then...if there are some tricks to getting infernal modules like this one into RPM format, then I'm missing something. I'm using cpan2rpm for starters. My current band-aid is to disable the "make test" call in the RPM SPEC file, but that just feels dirty.	[reply]
