Apache 1.2.0, really? That's ancient. I'm not even sure the latest mod_perl runs with 1.2.x. Anyway, you can pick up precompiled binaries and other goodies from http://perl.apache.org/distributions.html

Oops, sorry. I was supposed to say Apache v1.3.20. :) Anyway, thanks people for replied. I am going to take a look everything and try to get it install. After that, I will let you know if I got it successes or not. :) Thanks again, Mezz	[reply]
